silica gel : I have a whole slew of toddler snacks that I often split up into into smaller containers (one for the dinner table, one for the diaper bag, etc.) but the food doesn’t always get eaten quickly, so things (especially freeze-dried fruit) tend to get moist and chewy. I tried to save the packets from already-purchased food but they always seemed to get tossed, so I bought these (that look exactly the same!)–and they work great. I put them in the container of cheerios, Ritz crackers, freeze-dried veggies, etc. and everything stays dry and crunchy!
